Cawleys Christmas & New Year Collection and Operating Hours 2019
With the festive season approaching, we would like to let you know about Christmas and New Year operating changes so that you can plan your waste collection requirements.
Dependent on the type of service you receive, collections and operating hours may differ so please ensure that you read the following carefully as it may affect your collection schedule.
Extra collections for all services during December and the New Year period should be booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as it does get very busy.
Wheeled bins, RELs, Infinity and Bag collections

If you have a once per week collection that falls on the 25th or 26th December or the 1st January, we will reschedule your collection. Multiple collection services will be cleared on your next scheduled collection.

Cancellations or Extra Collections
If you wish to cancel or change a scheduled collection for any service, please email our customer service team on christmas@cawleys.co.uk by Monday 2nd December.
We appreciate that many of our customers may experience a change in waste generated during this period and should you foresee any increase or decrease in services ahead of
Christmas or New Year which require changes to your collections, we recommend you let us know as soon as possible.
**Please note if you do not cancel collections which are not required, you will be charged for these collections
