We’re recruiting for a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Administrator

We are recruiting for a full-time SHEQ Administrator to join our team. The role is to provide administrative support to the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team. Supporting the SHEQ Manager, SHEQ Coordinator and the SHEQ Fleet Coordinator to fulfil the departmental objectives.

This is a very busy role requiring someone with excellent administration skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

 

You will be very organised and able to maintain records and update compliance documents as required. You must therefore be a whizz on the computer, with excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.

 

Experience in, or a keen interest in Health and Safety or Fleet would be a distinct advantage for this role.

 

You will have a professional and confident telephone manner and will be able to deal with customers both internally and externally. You will be able to handle problems when they occur, and you will work closely with other departments.

The role reports to the SHEQ Manager, and full training on our in-house systems will be provided.
